Playing 3x is what our boys need more than anything else right now. High volume reps, playing with tennis balls or soft balls... constant 3 v 3 lacrosse in small groups

20 minutes of stick skills, 40 minutes of 3x. Everyone plays with a short stick including defensemen and goalies

$40/Session. Capacity is 72 per time slot
